Make sure the auction has Primary SPG filled out and the Owner’s Name filled out
Click on “Setup Pending Sale”
4. Click Confirm on the pop-up window
5. If an Associate Power member agent in your office represented the buyer, choose them from the drop-down list.
If an outside agency represented the buyer, leave Agent Not In My Office selected
Note: if more than one agents in your office represented the buyer, you may add them by clicking “Click here to add more agents”
6. Choose buyer from the drop-down list. Begin typing the buyer’s name. If the buyer contact is not already in the drop-down list, click on Add Buyer
7. At the Buyer Search popup, you can either search by buyer’s email or Create Buyer
8. On the Create Contact screen: Enter the buyers first and last name and their email and click Save
Note: if you do not know their email, use a fake email of their first and last name @fakeemail.com
9. Click Save Contact As Buyer
10. Select the buyer’s contact from the drop-down list
11.Select the anticipated closing date
12. Type in the Sales Price
13. Type in the commissions earned by your office, after coop and referrals fees, either as a percentage or dollar figure
14. Type in the commissions earned by any coop offices. If none, type zero
15. Type in the commissions earned by any brokerage you paid a referral to. If none, type zero
16. Click Calculate Commissions then click Calculate Royalties
17. Click Save
DO NOT CLICK CLOSE SALE UNTIL THE AUCTION HAS ACTUALLY CLOSED!
The auction is now in Pending status.

WHEN YOUR AUCTION CLOSES:
Locate the auction in Bullseye
At the Setup Pending Sale Screen, verify all information is correct. You have the ability to adjust any changes need to the sales information while the auction is in pending status.
Note: If changes are made, click on Calculate Commission then Calculate Royalties to update the royalty due.
Click Close Sale
4. Click Yes on the popup window
Please remember: royalties are due to Home Office within 15 days of closing.
5. Click OK
6. Please print the Sales Information form for your office records. Send in the bottom half of the form, Remittance Advice slip, along with your royalty check and closing statement to Home Office.
The auction is now in SOLD status.
Home Office has been notified of this transaction. Once royalty check and closing statement are processed by Home Office, someone from the Accounting team will change the status to Sold, where it will display as Recently Sold on your office website.
